    Gain change within region
Hello GB community. I hope everyone is well out there and enjoying any extra project time COVID is likely allowing. I am relatively new to home recording/ GB and working on my first project / song. I need to increase the volume on an acoustic guitar track just in one short section/ phrase where the projection of the strumming was weaker (you know - a half dim b5 chord). Is there a normalize or gain adjustment function that can be applied to just a phrase within a region. Iā€™d like to not have to record again if possible. Many Thanks ! RudeMan

Hi RudeMan - Yes, you can do that with Automation -- hit the "A" key, and then draw in the desired Volume change on the track. To see Automation in action, check out Video #33 in the GB course linked above.
